Punctuality

Please arrive at the right time. Lessons will start and end at the specified times and cannot be extended due to lateness. If regular lateness becomes an issue, the teacher reserves the right to make the student’s lesson time available to others.

Cancellation

We all understand circumstances can change and sometimes lesson times need to be cancelled or re-scheduled. If you find that you cannot make your lesson time, please contact me as soon as possible to re-schedule.

If you feel you have Covid 19 symptoms, you may cancel within 24 hours and have the lesson re-arranged for another time without penalty. Please note that in this event I’ll be unable to teach you for 14 days
